  • Yes! Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, many of which are organic and locally produced whenever possible.

  • We never test on animals. Most of our products are vegan, but please note we do use beeswax in our lip balms and salves, and goat milk in some of our soaps.

  • Nope! We never use parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances — only pure, skin-loving ingredients.

  • Our gentle formulas are crafted with sensitive skin in mind. Many of our customers have sensitive skin and tell us they can only use our products!

    However, we always recommend a patch test first.

  • For a longer lasting product, keep them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

  • For a longer-lasting bar, store your soap in a dish that drains and keep it out of standing water between uses.

  • Most products stay fresh for 1–2 years. We use a natural preservative system to keep them safe and effective.

  • We typically ship orders within 2–4 business days.

  • Due to the natural quality of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know — we’ll make it right!
