This week is all about Mindful Bathing — slowing down and bringing a little more presence to something you already do.
When life feels busy, loud, or cold, I invite you to let your shower or bath be a small daily reset. No extra time, no perfection — just warmth, breath, and care.
Warm water helps relax muscles, improve circulation, and gently cleanse the skin. When paired with light exfoliation, it also helps signal to the body to slow down and settle. Watch the video for more details!
